The Pier: Lower Lonsdale’s Waterfront Real Estate Development
Lower Lonsdale’s waterfront (the Pier) is undergoing radical reconstruction by Pinnacle Development. Formerly the industrial heartland of North Vancouver’s industry and ship building the waterfront is now turning residential. There is a series of buildings which are scheduled to be ready for completion 2007. The north side of Esplanade is just about sold out and is well under construction, with only a handful of 2 bedroom units and townhouses available. The majority of real estate sold out in hours, thankfully Joel was there to assist his clients.
