Letter to Joel from Elton Ash (Regional Executive Vice President of Re/Max of Western Canada)
This was a letter I recieved this week from Elton Ash in response to winning the 100% Club Award:

We missed not being able to present this award to you personally at your recent Annual Conference, however if gives us great pleasure to present you with it now!
